PUBLIC NOTICE

SPECIAL MEETING
The Council of the Town of Shediac invites its citizens at its next meeting which will take place on Tuesday, May 21, 2013 at 6 P.M. at the Multipurpose Centre located at 58 Festival Street.
The Council takes this opportunity to meet people to discuss current and future projects of the municipality. Those responsible for various departments of the municipality such as Public Works, RCMP, Fire department and others will be at the meeting to explain the details of these projects.
All citizens are cordially invited to attend this session.

SHEDIAC WALL OF FAME INDUCTION CEREMONIES

 
The Shediac Wall of Fame Induction Ceremonies will be held on Friday, May 24th at 7:00 P.M. at the Shediac Multipurpose Center. 2013 Inductees are the late Albert Barr LeBlanc, the late Claudette Pellerin and the 1947-1948 SCM Hockey Team. Free admission.

PUBLIC NOTICE
WATER MAIN FLUSHING PROGRAM

The Town of Shediac wishes to advise residents that the flushing of water mains will commence during the week of May 6, 2013 and will continue until the end of May of this same year. There is a possibility that some water discoloration may be experienced during the flushing operation; however, this should clear up in a few hours. If discoloration should occur, it is recommended to let the water run for a few minutes until it turns clear. We apologize for any inconvenience that this may cause our customers.

PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that the Town of Shediac proposes to adopt the by-laws listed and described below. These by-laws may be examined Monday to Friday, between the hours of 8:30 A.M. and 4:30 P.M. at the Town office located at 290 Main Street, Unit 300, Shediac, N.B. The Council of the Town of Shediac has adopted the first reading of these by-laws at its regular meeting of March 25, 2013 and will consider the final readings at its regular meeting of April 29, 2013.
